I brought our beloved 13 year old chihuahua, Arthur, in last night after 11:00, he was in the final stages of passing and webcould no longer keep him comfortable at home. The entire team was very responsive, kind, considerate and compassionate. His doctor was clear with all of the options on how to proceed, in whichever way we felt right with. I wish I could recall all of the team members names, because in my opinion, they all deserve a big hug and recognition for so kindly going above and beyond in such an incredibly sad and difficult time for us and our angel. Our baby passed in my arms, his doctor was so so kind and supportive. It meant the world to me and I thank you for your tenderness and exceptional bedside manner.

We have taken our cat and dog for emergency service (at separate times). They were attentive, knowledgeable and cared for our pets. Our most recent experience was our dog having seizures, they immediately took him in, began treatment and allowed us to spend time with him in the bay because he was not going to make it (broke our heart and it was a very difficult time for us). We truly appreciated their time, concern, and attention during a very busy day for them. Plus additional time that was given to us to spend with him. They also mailed a handwritten card. Overall we recommend this place, the vet was caring, the techs were amazing and provided excellent care. I think their prices are reasonable (compared to our vet) but then again, vets are pricey and a good one is well worth it (the one who cared for our dog was spot on in her diagnosis). We will continue to use their services.

Fairly priced (for our visit at least). Kind and Fun staff, the receptionists, Natalie and Dr. Ulrich were all professional, caring and effective in their care. Just listen and be patient peeps! The breakdown and instructions were so clear and understandable. Clean and aesthetic place for pet parents to ease their worries. Such a vibe. Thanks for taking care of our lil charmer Shitzu Shaggy!!

They've saved more than one pet of mine. They're very expensive but my pets are priceless. A few mistakes were made in billing and then I wasn't able to get the fentanyl patches I needed for my dog because the vet who wrote the Rx hadn't renewed their DEA license. However all of that is just clerical stuff that's easily remedied. Another vet rewrote the Rx and I went right back to the pharmacy and got what I needed. When it comes down to your pet's life, these are the people who have the best chance of saving it. I've brought seriously ill dogs in twice and they did a good job with both of them. At the most recent visit I had a very antisocial dog and they still did a great job caring for him. I was shocked when I came to visit him and he wasn't even wearing a muzzle. The vet techs were very kind and comforted him by brushing him and letting him have a stuffed animal and treats I brought. Thanks guys!!! :-)

I can not recommend this vet enough! Several months ago my pup had a severe reaction to some kind of bug bite (persistent vomitting/swollen face/panting and lethargic) and as I carried my lifeless dog into this place I had staff members immediately at my side to help! My pup was taken back immediately for care and I was updated the entire time, the vet staff was extremely kind and even let all my family come back to the room to make sure my pup was ok! They are absolutely outstanding here! The vet listened to my concerns and thanks to all their help I was able to bring my dog home and he is as happy as can be! This is a pic of him now!
